Audition

Before using Adobe audition I used markings to show certain parts of the script should conveyed and how they should sound in the final piece. For example, using the marking '//' to show a long pause which I have multiple times during my piece. Using audition I am able to create the effect of someone getting close or further away to give the impression someone may have a different connection to another character.

For the production of my radio drama I had a 2 microphone setup and had multiple people speaking at once. This setup was made so one microphone initiates the left side of a headphone audio and one for the right. I was able to edit this in audition and use it so create the effect of people getting further or closer.
